We are Smithmaster Co., Ltd., a company that has developed and is currently exporting the RC car “Smithmaster” to countries such as the United States, Canada, and France.

Today, we would like to introduce a video review by a YouTuber named “JujuRCcut” about SCR PRO 8S big scale RC

What’s Cool About the Smithmaster SCR Pro 8S big scale RC?

Hey there! Today, we’re taking a closer look at the Smithmaster SCR Pro with Michel, and trust me, the size and scale of this thing are pretty impressive.

I wanted to throw in the GP for testing too, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet—don’t worry, I’ll add it later! One thing on my mind, though, is that when the shock absorbers are fully compressed, the chassis doesn’t quite touch the ground, which could be a bit risky during a big jump.

So for now, this bad boy is a scale machine until that first winch is in front of me..

How Well Does the DF7 Drone Perform?

So, here’s the scoop on the DF7 drone—despite the air pressure being on the high side, it’s cruising along just fine! I’m currently testing its autonomy with settings at HL 8 12, and surprisingly, it’s handling everything well, even with some nagging worries about the brakes.

It’s operating on an 800 kV system with a 12S setup, which cranks it up to around 1200 kV overall.

The ride quality? Honestly, it’s pretty impressive.

That said, it does have a tendency to slide around, so you’ll want to use a really low gravity setup.

All in all, it feels big, kind of like the 8 SC, but it might still need a few tweaks to hit that sweet spot for performance..

What are the equipment performance concerns?

So, there are some legit worries about the equipment’s performance.

For starters, the cage just stops out of nowhere, which has everyone on edge because even a tiny bump could make it go off like fireworks.

It’s made from polycarbonate with some reinforcements, but honestly, the speed is a bit of a shocker.

On the bright side, it’s not overheating, and I’m really curious to see how it performs with rosewood.

However, there seems to be a measurement hiccup since it should handle under 2000 tons, but the GPS isn’t giving accurate readings.

There was also some initial concern about the central differential, and it turns out a pin is missing from the rear left drive shaft, which is messing with the transmission.

To top it off, during the first test, while the acceleration was seriously impressive, we faced issues with the transmission, the motor running hot, and trouble managing some components..

What are the pros and cons of this machine?

The machine definitely gives off a really nice vibe, kind of like the 8SC but even better, making for a super enjoyable driving experience overall.

But there’s a bit of a hiccup to watch out for: every time it hits something, the wheel tends to hit the ground, which can mess up the paint.

This is a bigger deal when the machine is brand new because it can really take a toll on its look.

Now, I’m left wondering if I should try to add some protective measures, but honestly, I’m not sure it would even help with the wear and tear..
