Today, we would like to introduce a video review by a YouTuber named “JujuRCcut” about SCR PRO 8S big scale RC continues from previous posting

SCR PRO 8S, What happened with the tire testing?

So, here’s the scoop on the tire situation.

Right now, the tires are measuring in at 190, but we’re planning on bumping them up to 195, which means we’ll see a change of about 2 m with that 5 mm difference.

Things got a bit tricky, though, when we hit a snag with a cardan issue.

Luckily, Mika came through with a fix, suggesting we weld it back together.

As for the current readings, they’re hanging around 39, which is higher than I anticipated, especially considering I’ve already racked up quite a bit of mileage..

How is the battery life and temperature performance?

So, let’s talk about the battery life—it’s pretty impressive! Honestly, I lost track of just how long I was out driving, but those lipos are holding up nicely at 8000 mAh.

As for the motor temperature, it’s hanging around a chill 48°C, and the speed controller is surprisingly cool too, especially considering the sunny weather with temps over 20°C.

The transmission is a tad warmer, hitting about 45°C, but it’s not a big deal since it cools down pretty quickly compared to earlier readings.

All in all, this first test is looking good, making me think this thing is going to be a solid machine!.

Are Beach Days Worth the Hassle?

So, I’m thinking about hitting the beach, but I have a sneaky suspicion she won’t be a fan of all that sand.

Don’t worry, though—I’ve got a plan to clean things up afterward! My last run was super short, barely 5 minutes, and I still had 3.9 volts left, shooting for under 10 minutes total.

Honestly, while I’m pleased with the speed performance, I mentioned before that it just doesn’t feel like enough.

The run time is way too brief for my liking, so I’m leaning towards switching to a 12S setup.

After all, why stick with 8S if it’s not doing the trick?.

What are the issues with combo installations?

So, the combo is getting set up in a lighter vehicle, specifically the XR5 Turbo 530 kV in 12 DED.

Right off the bat, you can see some annoying initial defects, especially on the bodywork where the paint has just vanished in certain spots.

And if you take a peek inside, you’ll notice clear holes on each side that show where the paint has chipped away.

It’s kind of a letdown because, even though there was some paint thickness, it just wore off within five minutes of running.

Pretty disappointing, right?.
