SCR Pro Upgrade Insights_4th Optimizing Vehicle Stability
We are Smithmaster Co., Ltd., a company that has developed and is currently exporting the RC car “Smithmaster” to countries such as the United States, Canada, and France.
Today, we would like to introduce a video review by a YouTuber named “Mattew SR” about 12s runaround continues from previous posting

Optimizing Vehicle Stability : engine mount support issues.
So, the engine support is nestled right between the steering system, and there’s this loose screw that definitely needs some TLC. It’s not a major problem, but addressing it is key. On top of that, the design packs in a ton of screws, which is kinda impractical and doesn’t look great. And don’t forget, there’s a lack of reinforcements in the front turret or chassis section, which could raise some stability red flags..
How Does Suspension Impact Vehicle Performance?
When it comes to how your car handles, suspension plays a huge role, especially in steering. If things aren’t quite right, it can even lead to issues with the engine support, which isn’t ideal. I think it would’ve been smarter to have a central reinforcement that extends to the chassis along with a different engine support. Sure, the vehicle’s running fine overall, but it’s not exactly designed for big jumps. I did consider swapping out the shock absorbers for a boost in performance, but in the end, I figured it wouldn’t make much difference. Instead, I cranked up the stiffness of the shock settings to lift the vehicle a bit, and you know what? It seems to be working well at the moment!.

What are the assembly observations?
So, good news! No modifications are necessary because everything is looking both interesting and stable. The only thing you really need to do is remove the front screws for the bumper; the rear screws can chill right where they are. I’ve got to say, the design of this system is pretty awesome. Even though it’s just held together by two screws, it feels super secure. Overall, the craftsmanship is solid and that unique setup? Totally enjoyable!.
What Makes This Design Innovative?
When we talk about design, even if it looks a bit like stuff from other brands, we’re seeing some innovative vibes here. It’s tough to pinpoint if it took inspiration from others, but the way this construction is set up? Definitely stands out. Now, if you’re curious about how to get to the differential, it’s super simple – just take off a few parts. You’ll need to remove two from the bottom and four from another spot, so that’s eight in total. Plus, accessing the differential with the cage is a breeze since all it takes is the removal of just three screws for easy access!.

How can I keep my gear clean?
So, I just added 100,000 at the front, which should make things a bit tougher than what I had before, but not by too much. This helps me get everything nice and clean, which is super important because after five packs, it can get pretty grimy—especially since I’m not cruising on smooth asphalt. And hey, quick tip: skip the outdoor plastic cleaner! I think most of you get it, but not everyone has caught all those videos out there..
How Do You Maintain Used Equipment Effectively?
So, it’s pretty amusing how I can’t stop saying this: when you get your hands on a used machine that looks all shiny and new, it can be a real letdown when it gets dirty and shows wear the moment you use it. You’ll definitely notice those markings on the chassis left by the drop bolts—definitely some wear and tear there! To help with that, I raised them a bit to ease the pressure on the chassis. A lot of the issues can actually come from using the wrong wheels; heavy wheels can create big problems, while lighter ones typically don’t cause any fuss. And don’t forget, tightening everything up at the end is super important; if you over-tighten it with a drill, you could damage the threading. That would mean you’d have to replace that plastic part or figure out a way to fix it. So, just take it easy during that last step!.
