How to remove the body?

So, let’s talk about taking off the body of this truck.

It’s actually held in place by clips on the top and underneath it.

Without the batteries, the truck weighs about 15 kilos and it’s crafted in red lexan material.

Another cool feature is the full roll cage included in the design, which can be removed for a different look or for maintenance purposes.

Just so you know, the model’s got a length of 93 cm and a width of 50 cm.

Easy peasy, right?.

RC car parts features

Alright, let’s break down the RC car parts details.

The 200 amp ESC HobMax 5 is a beast, ready to handle 3S to 8S batteries.

Then we’ve got the Hobbywi 56 113 5 brushless motor boasting a mighty max torque of 32.50 kilos.

This setup rocks features like an aluminum receiver box, a sturdy 4mm metal plastic chassis, and a versatile 155x96mm adjustable battery tray.

Among the other cool components are metal drive shafts, an aluminum motor plate, and a mix of plastic and metal mounts, plus a slick sway bar set and adjustable turnbuckles..

How to test batteries in cold?

So, here’s the deal – we took six ass batteries and put them through the wringer in freezing conditions at -5°C.

Imagine hearing different music tones repeatedly as the batteries were put to the test.

It was a continuous process of checking how well they held up in the cold environment.
